Moderators Wanted

To help support the growth of AJAXTalk.com we are currently seeking moderators to help assist in answering threads and also posting new content. If you are interested please PM me.

The general duties of the Moderator will be to:
(a) Be knowledgeable and practised within the realm that they moderate.
Which simply means... in order to assist members, you need to be familiar with the technology in order to give ideas and suggestions.

(b) A moderator should also work to keep the site running smoothly... enforcing the Board Rules of Conduct, solving problems, and answering any questions that members may have regarding the site, it's policies, and procedures.

(c) A moderator should work to promote interest and participation within their forum... this can be with challenges, exercises, or anything else that would increase the creative response of members.

(d) A moderator should promote the site and help in the recruitment of new members.

(e) Above all, a moderator should enjoy helping people…whilst learning from other forum members. Having fun and enjoying what you do is a requirement.

We strive to make this a productive, pleasant, and stimulating atmosphere--and we hope that you will add to that spirit.

We are able to pay a retainer fee for this position based on a min hours per week (part time).

Hi I would like to be the moderator . I have good knowledge of PHP and have done few AJAX programming but not that much I also have few sites . If you are interested we can work together and grow this forum
